An international powerhouse industry that services more than 5,000 clients across the globe providing supply chain solutions is looking for an: ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
This position will be interfacing directly with customers and suppliers, will place orders, and follow to completion. Must be detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, and driven to provide exceptional customer service.
Candidate will be updating spreadsheets on a daily and ongoing basis, a high attention to detail is critical.
Time management and the ability to work unsupervised is a must.
Occasional visits to customers and suppliers is required.
Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, planning, logistics, warehouse etc. is strongly preferred but not required if similar skills are observed for the right candidate.
Essential functions, duties, and responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Data entry
- Order processing
- Order follow-up to completion (order placement to billing)
- Inventory maintenance
- Forecasting
- Reporting – both manually in excel and in ERP system
- Uploading documents to ERP system
- Communicate with suppliers
- Daily maintenance of electronic files
Knowledge and abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Office suite a must Mid-level Excel, Word, PP, Teams
- ERP (will train)
- Experience in customer relations
- Experience in Manufacturing/Sourcing/Logistics

Salary:
- $25,000 – $30,000 MXN gross salary per month
