Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow while maintaining an impeccably healthy balance sheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>B2B Commercial Strategy:<\/strong> Spearhead the national commercial agenda. Cultivate and protect high-level relationships with key accounts, large integrators, top producers, and major stakeholders within the livestock sector.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Matrix Operational Management:<\/strong> Oversee cross-functional local teams\u2014including Sales, Logistics &amp; Warehousing, Marketing, and HRBP\u2014ensuring seamless alignment with global functional guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corporate Governance &amp; Alignment:<\/strong> Serve as the strategic bridge between Mexico and regional leadership. Successfully navigate corporate expectations, balance regional demands with local market realities, and advocate for country-specific growth strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Executive Track Record:<\/strong> 10+ years of progressive leadership experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Business Unit Director within a multinational setup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Experience (Non-Negotiable):<\/strong> Proven expertise within the <strong>agribusiness sector<\/strong>, livestock production systems (poultry\/swine), heavy machinery, industrial capital equipment, animal nutrition, or veterinary pharmaceuticals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> <strong>Complete professional fluency in both English and Spanish<\/strong> is mandatory. You must be fully capable of negotiating, presenting, and reporting to global executive boards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
