To strengthen the HR team in Guadalajara (Mexico), we are looking for an HR Manager / HR Business Partner. You ensure that the HR department acts as a point of contact for all employees and continuously promote the values.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- You implement and manage a modern HR policy for the company taking into account the overall business strategy and corporate HR
- You implement and manage typical HR processes and ensure their compliance with local regulations.
- You coordinate the personnel administration including payroll with the support of the local HR
- You manage the processes from onboarding to offboarding; recruitment, talent management, performance management,
- You oversee and ensure accurate HR reporting and prepare analyses when
- You report to the company HR Director at headquarters in
- Together with your fellow HR Managers from the other countries, you will also be a driving force for the company HR community to make a great place to work and a sustainable employer.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background s Experience: You have a master’s degree in, for example, human sciences, human resources or You have 5 to10 years’ experience in an HR department of which at least 3 years in a managerial or similar role.
- Language Skills: Besides knowledge of Spanish, you are fluent (speaking and writing) in English.
- Implement best Human Resources practices (training, recruitment, KPI’s, organizational development).
- Organizational Development Strategies.
- Generate strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Knowledge of LFT, NOM 035, Compensation, EHS.
- Management of Headcount of at least 400 people.
- Experience carrying out talent management and development plans.
- Having developed strategies for attracting talent from both operational, administrative and executive profiles.
- Having made and managed the area’s budget.
- Experience implementing employee loyalty strategies during the stages of the employee journey.
- Management of employee branding.
- Having interacted with the IMSS, Legal, Clients, Union, and Suppliers areas.
