Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronics.
- Experienced in 1-2 years with PLC, programming, electricity, and distributed control systems.
- English spoken and written is a MUST (listening, written, and verbal).
- Having a personal car is a MUST.
- Willing to travel 80% or more of the time, even abroad in Mexico.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Office, Word, and Excel).
- Fiber Optic knowledge is a BIG PLUS.
- Knowledge of the agriculture and horticulture market in Mexico is a PLUS.
- US visa is a PLUS, but not needed.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Office, Word, and Excel).
Responsibilities:
- Keep partners and customers entirely satisfied. New projects installation, service, quoting spare parts, picking and delivering parts.
- Proactively search and report possible problems with customers’ systems.
- Keep our client database of Latin America up-to-date.
- Support company partners.
- Maintain daily communication with your Mexican colleagues for technical support.
- Represent the Company at exhibitions and seminars around the World.
- Support of R&D department.
- Report daily to the Service Manager.
